PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The square enamel glass plate condenser is an improved type of enamel glass plate condenser. Its working principle and application scope are the same as those of circular curved single hole or porous enamel glass plate condensers. It exchanges heat through the reverse flow of material hot air flow and cooling water: the material repeatedly diffuses and converges in the chamber formed between the layers of the condenser, and the cooling water flows in the cavity of the plate through an external connecting pipe. The two media exchange heat on the surface of the condenser. Therefore, it effectively improves the overall condensation efficiency of the equipment. Generally, using tap water as the coolant can achieve good condensation effect. The modular assembly structure allows for partial replacement of damaged components during equipment use, greatly extending the service life of the entire equipment. In addition to the excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, easy cleaning and maintenance, and easy installation advantages of circular curved single hole or porous glass lined disc condensers, the square curved disc condenser has an improved cooling and heat transfer efficiency of about 40% compared to circular curved disc condensers with the same square area. Due to its high utilization rate, it can reduce the square quantity and volume, and lower costs.
STRUCTURE & WORKING PROCESS:
The square enamel glass flat plate condenser structure is composed of a square enamel glass top cover, one or more easily replaceable middle standard enamel glass flat plate condenser plates (usually 2 holes), a enamel glass bottom, and a sealing gasket between the condenser plates, J-shaped clips, double headed bolts, and nut pads. The cooling flow passage between the condensing fins is connected to a whole through stainless steel threaded pipes. Small size, light weight, and compact structure. In response to the characteristics of corrosive materials in chemical industry and the heat exchange temperature, the sealing gasket between the square lined glass condenser plate/top cover/bottom adopts a thinner stainless steel corrugated gasket wrapped with polytetrafluoroethylene film and asbestos free fiber board, with a thickness of 8-10mm and a working temperature range of -20 ° C to 200 ° C.
The hot air flow of the material flows into the chamber formed between the glass lined condensing sheets after assembly through the opening of the cover pipe, and condenses into a liquid. The condensate flows out from the bottom pipe opening; Cooling water enters through the bottom pipe opening, flows through the cavities and connecting pipes in each plate, and flows out from the cover pipe opening; There will be no mixing between the two fluids. During operation, the cooling water flow rate can be adjusted based on the temperature difference of the overflow outlet cooling water and the temperature of the condensate to further improve the condensation efficiency.

GLASS LINED STEEL CONDENSATE plate:
The square enamel glass condensation plate/top cover/bottom is made by spraying high silicon content enamel onto the outer surface of the welded hollow steel body, and then firing and cooling at a high temperature of 800-950 ℃ to make the glass enamel tightly adhere to the surface of the steel body. It has an impermeable surface finish, combining the advantages of steel and glass materials to achieve the best balance of corrosion resistance, thermal performance, and mechanical strength.

RECAUTIONS:
Duiring Installation:
✬ Prohibit the use of crowbars, hammers and other hard tools or article in direct contact with glass-lined parts to avoid damage of the lined glass.
✬ During the hoisting process of the equipment, only canbe use the support and lifting lugs, prohibit add force onto the permanent pipes, clamps, nozzles and other weak parts(such as using nozzles as lifting lugs). Lift gently to avoid accidental strike, prohibit KNOCK/HIT onto the body.
✬ The connected pipe tighten of nozzle flange should following pressure vessel assembly techniques, required to be symmetrical and tighten with uniform force to avoid glass damage by excessive stresses. If the gasket have been found lose its elasticity during assembly, it should be replaced in time.
Duiring Operation:
✬ During operating, cooling water should be supplied firstly and then feed the hot process flow; When stop using, stop feed the hot process flow firstly and then close the cooling water supply.
✬ The pH value of cooling water should be controlled at neutral, generally between 6-8. Hydrogen and oxygen will be adsorbed on the steel matrix by over acid , which will cause large area peeling of the lined. The water quality should be relatively clean to prevent the deposition of impurities.
✬ At the begining of feed the hot process flow should control the pressure and temperature, temperature should be raised slowly, and the flow should be increased after the equipment is suitable (the temperature difference between the discharge condensate and the inlet of hot flow is not more than 110 ℃).
Maintenace:
✬ After long time use of the condenser, if it is found that the cooling water is turbid and the condensation efficiency is obviously reduced, the inter layer scale should be removed by inject warm sulfuric acid with 5% concentration into each dish/disc for three minutes, the acid should be removed immediately by washing with a large amount of clean water, and then dilute alkali with 0.5% concentration for neutralization to remove the residual acid to avoid the steel matrix absorbing hydrogen and oxygen.
✬ When stop using of condenser, the liquid medium in the condenser should be dained to avoid medium freezing in the condenser and jacket.
✬ Prohibit use washing liquid that can react with the feed material to washing the interal of condenser.
